Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago litigation practice with a focus on securities and white‑collar matters. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes, lead trial and investigatory work, and work closely with cross‑office teams on high‑stakes matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role on matters, supervise associates, and contribute to business development activities in the Chicago market and beyond. There is an expectation of bringing or developing client relationships and a portable practice will be considered.

Established partner with substantial experience in securities litigation and white‑collar/regulated‑entity investigations.
Proven trial and/or investigations experience, with a record of leading teams on complex matters.
Strong client relationship and business development skills; ability to originate and grow matters in the Chicago market.
Admission to practice in Illinois (or willingness to obtain), and ability to work on national matters across multiple jurisdictions.
