Established national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its Columbus office to lead and develop securities and complex commercial litigation matters. The role focuses on courtroom and investigatory work, including white‑collar securities enforcement and related civil litigation.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role on engagements, manage associates, and contribute to practice development across the region. This is a partner track position where bringing a portable practice or client relationships will be an advantage.

Proven partner or senior litigation background with a track record on securities or white‑collar matters
Experience handling complex commercial and securities litigation and investigations
Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading client engagements
Business development capability and willingness to grow a portable practice
Admission or ability to obtain admission in the relevant jurisdiction
