Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a well-established US law firm’s Missoula office. The role will focus on civil litigation and securities-related matters, with opportunities to handle white-collar and regulatory work.

The team serves private clients across a range of disputes; the position offers a platform to build local presence while drawing on national firm resources. A portable litigation practice is welcome.

Established partner or counsel with substantial litigation experience, including securities or white-collar matters.
Track record of client development and ability to originate or grow business; portable practice considered.
Strong courtroom and written advocacy skills, and experience managing complex matters from intake through trial or resolution.
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted.
