Established litigation partner sought to join a major US law firm’s New York practice handling complex securities and white-collar matters. The role will lead high-stakes litigation, regulatory disputes and investigations on behalf of corporate clients and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will run matters from intake through trial, supervise teams, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on securities-related litigation and enforcement work. There is an expectation of business development and the ability to bring or grow client relationships.

Seasoned partner-level litigation experience with a strong securities and/or white-collar enforcement background
Proven trial and/or regulatory investigation experience; track record of leading teams on complex matters
Demonstrable business development capability and experience managing client relationships (portable practice welcome)
Active bar admission in New York or eligibility to be admitted
J.D. from accredited law school and substantial relevant legal experience
