New York litigation partnership opportunity for an experienced securities litigator with significant white-collar and investigatory experience. The role will sit within a national litigation team and involve leading complex securities disputes, regulatory investigations and related trial or appellate work.

The team serves a diverse client base across financial institutions, public companies and individuals. The firm is seeking a partner who can both handle high‑stakes matters personally and help grow a broader securities/white‑collar practice in the New York market.

Portable client relationships are welcome; the role offers leadership of matter teams and collaboration with other national practice groups.

Established partner-level litigation experience focusing on securities litigation and/or white-collar investigations.
Proven ability to originate or expand client relationships and lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible) with excellent oral and written advocacy skills.
Track record of managing complex, high‑value matters, including trial and appellate experience or significant regulatory investigation work.
