Leading national law firm seeking a partner to join its Palo Alto litigation team with a heavy securities/white-collar component. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes, securities-related investigations, and enforcement matters for corporate and individual clients.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced litigator who can lead matters, manage teams, and contribute to business development. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on securities and white-collar matters
Proven trial and/or investigation experience and ability to supervise litigation teams
Track record of client development or willingness to build a portable practice
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible to obtain admission)
