A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Raleigh office. The role focuses on securities-related litigation and white‑collar matters, handling complex commercial disputes and regulatory exposures for private and institutional clients.

The partner will lead client relationships, manage trial and investigation teams, and work cross‑functionally with regulatory and corporate groups. The team values practical courtroom experience, strong client service, and the ability to develop and grow a litigation practice in the region.

Portable business is welcome; the role includes business development responsibilities and mentoring of junior lawyers.

Bar admission and eligibility to practice in North Carolina (or willingness to seek admission)
Extensive litigation experience with a focus on securities litigation and/or white‑collar defense
Proven trial and courtroom experience, or significant motion/briefing record
Track record of client development and ability to lead client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Strong people‑management and mentoring skills
