Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a well-established US firm’s Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a strong securities and white-collar defense component and offers a lead-role handling high-stakes matters for regional and national clients.

The team is looking for a senior lawyer who can both manage complex trials and supervise junior lawyers, while helping grow the local practice. A portable practice is welcome; the position emphasizes business development and client relationship leadership within the office.

Seasoned partner-level litigator with substantial securities and/or white-collar defense experience.
Proven trial and appellate experience and ability to manage complex commercial disputes.
Track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business development; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills; admission or eligibility to be admitted in Utah preferred.
