Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team with a focus on securities and white-collar enforcement matters. The role will handle complex civil and regulatory litigation and represent clients in investigations and trial proceedings.

The team represents corporate and individual clients across securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, and related disputes. The partner will have substantial client-facing responsibility and work closely with other offices on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Partner-level litigation experience with a track record in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, or white-collar criminal defense.
Active California bar admission (or willingness to transfer/qualify) and demonstrated courtroom experience.
Strong client development skills; portable client relationships or a demonstrable book of business are desirable.
Ability to lead matters, supervise associates, and collaborate across practices and offices.
