Experienced litigation partner sought to join a national law firm’s San Francisco office to lead and grow trial and securities-related matters. The role focuses on handling complex commercial litigation, securities enforcement and related white-collar work, working with a multi-disciplinary team on high-stakes matters.

This is a partner-level opening for an attorney with an established litigation practice who can take on originating work, mentor associates, and collaborate with cross-office colleagues. The firm supports a broad litigation platform and is looking for a partner able to bring and expand a portable practice.

Admission to the California bar (or ability to waive in)
Established partner-level litigation practice with significant securities and/or white-collar experience
Proven trial or regulatory enforcement experience and strong courtroom/advocacy skills
Track record of business development and ability to grow a portable practice
