Leading national law firm seeks a litigation partner to join its Silicon Valley office to strengthen securities and white-collar litigation capability. The role will focus on defending and prosecuting complex securities, regulatory and related commercial matters for a diverse client base.

Ideal for a partner with significant trial and motion experience who can handle high-stakes disputes and mentor junior litigators. The firm values candidates who can quickly integrate into an established litigation platform and contribute to business development; a portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate work is welcome.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities and/or white-collar matters.
Strong trial and motion record; courtroom experience preferred.
Track record of supervising and developing associates.
Ability to generate business or bring a portable practice; collaborative approach to client development.
