Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation team in the Tri-Cities region with a strong securities and white-collar practice. The role will lead client matters across commercial litigation, securities disputes and related regulatory/white-collar work, and will manage a small team of associates.

The group regularly advises private clients as well as institutional parties and offers flexible billing arrangements to meet client needs. Portable client relationships are welcomed, and the role combines hands-on litigation with business development and mentoring responsibilities.

Established partner with significant litigation and securities/white-collar experience
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven ability to manage and develop a litigation team and handle complex disputes
Business development track record; portable client relationships welcomed
