Partner — Litigation & Technology, Los Angeles

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Litigation and Technology practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on defending and managing complex commercial litigation matters with significant technology, privacy and data-protection elements, including class-action and regulatory exposure.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team that handles cross-border and domestic disputes, works closely with in-house and external stakeholders, and develops litigation strategy across privacy, cybersecurity and high‑technology matters.

• Established partner with a strong litigation background and experience in technology-related disputes (privacy, cybersecurity, data-protection).
• Proven track record managing complex commercial and class-action litigation matters.
• Business development capability; portable practice or demonstrable book of business encouraged.
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in California; excellent client-management and team leadership skills.
