Partner, Litigation & Technology — Los Angeles

Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles litigation team with a focus on technology-related disputes. The role will handle high-stakes litigation including class actions and matters involving privacy and data-protection issues.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role in the office, managing case teams and developing client relationships across technology and regulated-industry clients. There is an expectation of active business development; candidates with a portable practice or an established book of business are encouraged to apply.

• Admission to the California bar and eligibility to practice in federal courts.
• Established partner-level litigation experience, preferably handling technology disputes and class actions.
• Demonstrated experience with privacy, data-protection or related regulatory issues.
• Proven trial and motion practice skills and experience leading case teams.
• Business development track record; ability to originate and grow client relationships.
