We are seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation and technology practice in New York. The role will focus on defending and advancing complex class actions and privacy/data-protection matters for technology-sector and other corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead significant matters, manage and mentor associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on high‑stakes disputes. There is an expectation of contributing to client development; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable origination record are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level litigation experience, with a strong background in class actions and/or privacy & data protection disputes.
Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible) with a proven courtroom or significant motion practice record.
Demonstrable client development skills and ability to originate or bring a portable practice.
Experience supervising associates and managing complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
