Top-tier international law firm is seeking a experienced partner to lead and grow its Litigation and Technology practices from the Orange County office. The role focuses on counselling and representing technology and fintech clients on complex commercial disputes, cyber-security matters, and related corporate transactional issues.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-practice team that handles litigation and corporate matters for West Coast technology and fintech clients. This is a front-facing role with significant client development and practice leadership responsibilities.

Established partner with a proven litigation and technology/fintech practice.
Track record of originating and growing business; a portable book of business is highly desirable.
Experience with cyber-security, fintech regulatory issues, corporate governance, and M&A-related disputes.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and strong client relationships on the West Coast.
