Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation and technology practice. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting complex technology-related disputes, including class actions and privacy/data-protection matters.

The position offers a client-facing leadership role: managing teams on high-stakes matters, developing business, and growing a market-facing technology litigation offering in the region. Candidates should be comfortable handling all phases of litigation and advising clients on privacy and data-risk issues.

Established partner with significant technology/complex litigation experience, including class actions and privacy/data-protection matters
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and ability to manage large, multi-jurisdictional matters
Track record of client development; portable book of business welcome
Bar admission or eligibility in California and strong communication and leadership skills
