Established national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a significant securities and white‑collar component, handling matters for private clients and corporate respondents.

The team represents clients across the full litigation lifecycle including investigations, motions practice and trial. The role offers leadership on matters, business development responsibility and collaboration with colleagues across offices.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including securities and/or white‑collar matters.
Strong trial and motion practice skills; experience handling investigations preferred.
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Admission (or ability to obtain admission) in the relevant jurisdiction and willingness to work from the Wilmington office.
