Senior partner hire to join a global, full‑service practice focused on corporate transactions, securities and technology‑related work with a substantial intellectual property component. The role will lead and expand a cross‑practice offering that includes M&A, capital markets, emerging growth and technology transactions, and supports IP litigation and transactional matters.

The team serves clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors; the role is a business‑building position with responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships and leading multi‑disciplinary deal teams. Candidates may be considered who bring a portable partner practice or established client relationships.

Established partner with a track record leading M&A and/or capital markets transactions and advising growth‑stage and technology clients.
Experience on matters involving technology transactions and intellectual property issues, including transactional and/or strategic IP advice.
Proven business development experience and an existing portable practice or strong client relationships.
Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and mentor junior lawyers; admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction.
