Partner — M&A / Corporate, Paris

Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Paris corporate team with a primary focus on mergers & acquisitions. The role offers responsibility for originating and executing mid-to-large cap M&A matters and leading a team of corporate lawyers on cross-border transactions.

We are looking for a commercial, client-facing lawyer able to develop and expand a portable practice in France, collaborate across international offices, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice in Paris.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A/corporate transactions in France (significant track record of deal execution)
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and a portable practice
• Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience leading transaction teams
• Fluency in French and English; admission to practice in France
