Senior corporate partner opportunity in San Francisco focused on mergers & acquisitions for media and entertainment clients. The role will lead deal teams on complex transactions and advise entertainment-sector companies across strategic exits, acquisitions and other corporate matters.

The team seeks a partner with an established transactional practice in media & entertainment and the ability to generate and grow client relationships. This is a visible role with responsibility for originating work, managing senior client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner-level M&A practice, with substantial experience on media & entertainment transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred
Strong deal execution skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and authorization to work in the U.S.
