Seeking a partner to lead and grow a patent and antitrust litigation practice in a major Dallas office of a leading national law firm. The role focuses on patent litigation (particularly life sciences and technology matters) and antitrust litigation connected to private equity transactions and disputes.

The successful candidate will handle trial-ready matters, develop and manage client relationships across life sciences, technology and private equity clients, and collaborate with national practice teams. The office operates an open compensation system and welcomes lawyers with a portable practice.

Proven partner-level track record in patent litigation and significant experience in antitrust litigation.
Experience handling life sciences and technology disputes, including trial or lead counsel experience.
Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to win and manage business; portable book of business welcomed.
Excellent written and oral advocacy, team leadership, and cross-office collaboration skills.
J.D. and bar admission; Texas admission or eligibility preferred.
