Seeking a partner to join a national law firm’s Dallas office to lead and grow a litigation practice focused on patent and antitrust matters arising out of technology, life sciences and private equity transactions. The role will combine trial and appellate work with strategic client counseling across tech, life sciences and energy sector clients.

The ideal candidate will have a track record defending and prosecuting complex patent disputes and handling antitrust litigation tied to private equity deals and transactions. This position is practice-driven and suited to a seasoned litigating partner with an established, portable practice and demonstrated business development capability.

Partner-level litigation experience in patent litigation and significant exposure to antitrust/competition matters.
Experience with technology and life sciences disputes; familiarity with private equity-related antitrust issues preferred.
Proven trial and/or appellate experience and ability to lead case teams.
Established client relationships and demonstrable business development success; portable practice welcomed.
Active bar admission and JD degree; strong academic and professional references.
