The team regularly handles high-stakes patent enforcement and defense alongside complex financing disputes and related commercial litigation. The position offers client-facing responsibility, case leadership, and collaboration with cross-practice teams on domestic matters.

Candidates should bring a portable practice or established client relationships in patent litigation and related finance disputes; the firm is looking for a partner who can generate and grow work in these areas.

Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation, including trial and appellate exposure.
Substantive understanding of finance-related disputes and structured/leveraged finance matters.
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business and strong client-development skills.
Admission to practice in Texas or ability to become admitted; excellent writing, advocacy, and team leadership abilities.
