High‑profile opportunity for a partner to join a well‑established US firm’s Houston restructuring practice. You will lead complex debtor, creditor and workout matters across Chapter 11 and out‑of‑court restructurings, working with cross‑practice teams on financial restructuring and distressed M&A.

The role offers substantive client responsibility and the chance to build a market presence in the region. The team regularly advises financial institutions, sponsors and corporate clients on sophisticated in‑court and out‑of‑court solutions.

Established partner with a focused restructuring/insolvency practice.
Track record of leading Chapter 11 cases and out‑of‑court restructurings.
Ability to originate and grow client relationships — a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.
Strong technical skills, courtroom and negotiation experience, and capability to mentor junior lawyers.
