Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to lead and expand its patent litigation practice in Frankfurt. The role focuses on German national patent disputes and litigation before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), including advising on enforcement strategy and cross-border coordination.

The firm currently has IP strength in trade mark and copyright work and is looking for a partner with deep patent-litigation experience to broaden the offering. This is a visible, practice-building role with client-facing responsibility and opportunities to originate and develop new matters.

Established partner with significant experience in German patent litigation.
Practical experience before German courts and in proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
Proven business development skills and ability to bring and grow a portable client portfolio.
Strong litigation management, advocacy and client advisory capabilities in complex cross-border IP disputes.
