Seeking a lateral partner to join a major international firm’s Dallas IP litigation team. The role focuses on leading high-stakes patent litigation matters across district court and ITC proceedings, working with seasoned trial teams and sophisticated corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in patent litigation, courtroom experience, and the ability to originate and grow client relationships. A portable practice or established client base in patent litigation is welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation (district court and/or ITC)
Trial and motion practice experience; strong written and oral advocacy
Demonstrated client development skills and ability to manage/expand a portable practice
Experience managing teams of associates and staff on complex matters
