Senior privacy and data-protection partner role in the compliance and technology practice of a large national law firm’s Dallas office. The hire will lead client work on data-privacy compliance, cross-border data transfers, regulatory responses, and privacy aspects of technology projects.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an established lawyer who will manage a team, advise corporate clients and regulators, and contribute to business development and practice growth. The role offers a platform to build and bring a portable practice in privacy and related regulatory matters.

Established partner with a track record in privacy & data-protection counseling and regulatory compliance
Experience with technology-related privacy issues, cross-border data transfers, and regulatory engagement
Proven client relationship and business development skills; portable practice desirable
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
