We are seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Dallas. The role will focus on matters across telecommunications and life-sciences technology, advising clients on complex IP disputes, counseling on technology transactions, and developing new business in these sectors.

The team values experienced trial and counseling lawyers with a commercial approach and a track record of managing client relationships. This is an opportunity to build and lead practice growth in a major Texas market while working with a national platform.

Partner-level experience in intellectual property, with experience in patent litigation and technology-related matters.
Demonstrable client development ability; a portable client base or strong client relationships preferred.
Experience advising clients in telecommunications and/or life sciences or related technical industries.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
