Senior partner opportunity for an experienced transactional and IP lawyer focused on life sciences. The role is with a well-established national firm seeking to grow its Dallas life sciences practice through an experienced hire.

The successful candidate will lead and expand a portable life sciences practice, advising on patent, IP prosecution/litigation strategy and commercial transactions for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical-device clients. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for business development and team mentorship.

Proven partner-level experience in intellectual property, with significant work for life sciences clients (biotech, pharma, medical devices)
Track record handling patent and IP matters plus related commercial/transactional work
Established, portable client relationships and demonstrable business-development ability
Ability to lead a team, originate work, and integrate into a broader national practice; licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
