Senior lateral opportunity for a partner to join a busy privacy and data-protection practice in San Francisco. The role will focus on privacy litigation and regulatory work, working across technology and compliance matters for US-based clients.

The team handles complex data-privacy disputes and cross-functional regulatory issues. The role offers a partner-level platform with firm resources, a national client base and opportunities to lead and grow the practice in the region.

Portable business is welcomed: candidates with an existing privacy/data-protection client base or demonstrable business development track record will be strongly considered.

Established partner with substantial experience in privacy and data-protection litigation and related regulatory matters
Proven business development skills or a portable practice in privacy/data protection
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships at partner level
Active bar admission in California (or eligibility to transfer)
