The role will lead client engagements, develop privacy-compliance programs, and advise on regulatory, contractual and data-transfer issues across healthcare and software/tech matters.

This is a partner-level opening for an attorney with an established privacy practice and a track record of originating and managing client relationships. The team works on a mix of compliance counseling, vendor and SaaS agreements, breach response planning, and cross-border data matters.

Proven experience advising technology and healthcare sector clients on regulatory compliance and transactional privacy issues
Demonstrable client development skills; a portable book of business is welcome
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and ability to work from the Dallas office
