Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Investment Funds / Private Equity fund formation practice. The role focuses on advising private equity sponsors and institutional investors on fund formation, related governance and transactional matters across U.S. and select U.K. offices.

This is a growth hire: the team is expanding to meet strong demand from deal and M&A groups and institutional clients. The role offers collaboration across multiple U.S. offices with regular cross-office and cross-border matters.

Established partner-level experience advising private equity sponsors and institutional investors on fund formation and fund-related transactions.
Proven track record with top-tier institutional clients and comfort working alongside deal/M&A teams.
Portable relationships/ business development capability preferred.
Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work across multiple U.S. offices; U.K. experience/qualification a plus.
