Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dubai team to lead and grow a project finance and construction practice focused on infrastructure and large-scale developments in the region.

The role will involve advising sponsors, lenders and contractors on complex project financings, construction contracts and related commercial matters across the region, working on cross‑border transactions and coordinating with international colleagues.

Ideal for an experienced partner with an established client following and a track record of originations who can both manage high-value mandates and help expand the practice in the UAE market.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance, construction and infrastructure matters.
Established client relationships and demonstrated ability to originate and grow work.
Experience on cross-border financings and large infrastructure transactions.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience mentoring senior associates.
Admittance or the ability to practice in the UAE and willingness to be based in Dubai.
