Senior partner hire to lead and grow a project finance, construction and infrastructure practice from the firm's London office. The role involves taking market-facing responsibility for mandates across project development, financings and construction-related contractual work.

The team advises sponsors, lenders and contractors on large-scale infrastructure and construction projects across sectors. The successful candidate will work with cross‑disciplinary teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

A portable practice is welcome; the role is well suited to an established partner with an existing client following and the appetite to win new work and develop client relationships in the UK market.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance, construction contracts and infrastructure transactions.
Track record advising sponsors, lenders or major contractors on large-scale projects.
Strong client development skills and ability to lead bid teams and coordinate cross‑office resourcing.
Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities on finance and construction documentation; comfort with multicountry, multi-stakeholder matters.
