Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Riyadh with a focus on project finance. The role will involve advising on complex domestic and cross-border financings and leading deal teams on high-value infrastructure and energy transactions.

We are looking for an experienced partner able to develop and grow a project finance practice in Saudi Arabia, work closely with regional and international colleagues, and act as a senior client-facing advisor on transactions and financings.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and finance & banking transactions.
Track record on complex domestic and cross-border financings, preferably involving infrastructure or energy.
Ability to originate and manage client relationships; an established, portable practice is welcomed.
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience working with international teams.
