Leading international practice seeks a lateral partner to join its project finance and infrastructure team covering the Middle East, with a focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role will sit across the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh markets and involve advising on complex project financings and infrastructure transactions.

The firm is prioritizing candidates with a portable practice and an established track record in project finance or infrastructure work in the region. You will join a cross-border team that handles multi-jurisdictional financings and works with sponsors, lenders and other project stakeholders.

Established partner with significant experience in project finance and infrastructure transactions.
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business focused on the Middle East markets (UAE and/or Saudi Arabia).
Proven track record advising on cross-border project financings, sponsor or lender-side work in the region.
Ability to work from Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Riyadh and to coordinate matters across the Middle East.
