Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its project finance and renewable energy practice in the Sacramento market. The role focuses on structuring and executing financings for renewable-energy projects and advising sponsors, lenders and other market participants across the project lifecycle.

The team offers significant platform support, national deal flow and collaboration across finance and energy practices. This position is an opportunity to build a regional presence while drawing on a broader national platform.

We welcome candidates with an existing, portable practice and a proven ability to originate and manage project finance and renewables matters.

Partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions
Proven track record leading complex financings and cross-border energy deals
Ability to originate business and bring a portable client base or demonstrated origination pipeline
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible to transfer admission
