Top-tier national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City energy and finance team, with a focus on project finance and renewable energy transactions. The role will lead deal execution, advise on financing structures, and work closely with cross-office teams on complex energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have an established practice in project finance or energy finance, demonstrable experience on renewable transactions, and the ability to originate and grow client relationships. This is a partner-level opportunity to shape and expand a market-facing renewable energy practice in the region.

Established partner with a track record in project finance, energy finance, or renewable energy transactions
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice or clear business development pipeline preferred
Strong technical drafting, negotiation, and deal-management skills on complex financings
Experience leading teams and coordinating with national practice groups
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
