Leading US law firm is seeking a partner to build and lead a project finance and renewable energy practice in its San Francisco office. The role will focus on large-scale financings, structuring and documentation for lender and sponsor-side matters across wind, solar and other renewable projects.

The partner will work closely with cross-practice teams (finance, energy, tax and corporate) on financings, tax-equity, project development agreements and related commercial contracts. This is a senior role with significant client-facing responsibility and business-development expectations.

Proven partner-level experience in project finance and renewables (lender and sponsor-side experience preferred)
Track record advising on project financings, tax-equity and related transactional documentation
Strong business-development skills; portable book of business welcome
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
