Partner — Project Finance & Renewable Energy, Silicon Valley

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its finance and energy practice in Silicon Valley, with a focus on project finance and renewable energy transactions. The role will involve advising developers, sponsors and lenders on financings, project development, and tax equity arrangements within the clean energy sector.

The team handles complex cross-border and domestic energy work and collaborates with corporate, tax and regulatory colleagues. This is an opportunity to join a busy, resourced platform and help grow a market-facing practice in renewables and infrastructure finance.

Portable client relationships and a demonstrable track record originating or leading project financings will be viewed favorably; the firm welcomes partners with an existing book of business who can integrate into the energy group.

• Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy transactions
• Proven track record of leading financings and managing deal teams
• Portable client relationships or demonstrable origination history preferred
• Admitted to practice in the United States (state bar) and able to work in Silicon Valley
