Experienced real estate and construction partner sought to join a well-established, national law firm’s Albany office. The role focuses on leading and growing a full-service practice advising developers, owners, lenders and contractors on transactional and contentious matters.

Ideal candidates will bring partner-level technical expertise across commercial real estate and construction matters, a proven record of originating and developing client relationships, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers a platform to expand a portable practice and collaborate with regional and national teams.

Partner-level experience in commercial real estate and/or construction law (transactional and/or disputes)
Active admission in New York (or eligible to admit promptly)
Demonstrated business development and client-management skills; portable book of business welcomed
Proven ability to lead deals/matters and supervise associates
