Leading regional real estate practice seeks a lateral partner to expand its Atlanta real estate and construction team. The role focuses on land development, commercial real estate transactions, construction contracting and related hospitality matters, alongside estate/succession planning for owner-operators.

This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating and managing complex transactions, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with finance, litigation and tax colleagues across offices. The team handles the full lifecycle of development and construction matters, from acquisition and financing through project delivery and post-closing issues.

Active Georgia bar admission (or eligibility) and ability to practice in Georgia.
Established transactional real estate and construction experience (development, acquisitions, contracts and closings).
Demonstrated track record of leading matters and supervising associates; strong client relationship skills.
Comfort managing cross-discipline matters, including estate/succession work for owners and hospitality-related transactions; ability to bring or grow a portable practice preferred.
