Seeking a partner to join a well-established practice focused on real estate and construction matters. The role will handle complex commercial real estate transactions, construction contracts and disputes, and related counseling for institutional and corporate clients.

This is a front‑facing role expected to grow the practice through client development, management of deal teams, and collaboration across practice groups. A portable practice or existing client relationships will be viewed positively.

Established partner with significant experience in commercial real estate and construction matters.
Proven track record of leading transactions, negotiating construction contracts, and managing complex projects or disputes.
Strong business development skills and the ability to maintain and grow client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Bar admission in Georgia (or eligibility) and experience supervising associates and cross‑functional teams.
