Partner opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator to join a busy litigation team in Atlanta. The role involves leading high-stakes commercial disputes across a range of industries, managing teams, and developing client relationships.

The successful candidate will handle complex motion practice, discovery strategy, and trial preparation while helping grow the litigation practice locally and nationally. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and firm leadership expectations.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established commercial litigation track record with trial and motion experience
• Proven client development and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in Georgia or ability to qualify promptly
