Seeking an experienced lateral partner to lead and grow a Baltimore-based real estate and construction practice within a well-established, national law firm. The role combines transactional 'dirt' real estate work with construction matters and a smaller estate-planning/succession component related to hospitality clients.

The partner will take a visible client-facing role, handling complex acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and construction disputes, and advising owners, developers and hospitality operators. This is an opportunity to join a full-service platform with regional and national resources while maintaining a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law, including transactional and litigation matters
Experience advising hospitality industry clients and providing estate planning / succession advice for owner-operators is a plus
Proven client development skills and a portable practice or demonstrable book of business
Licensed to practice in Maryland or ability to be admitted promptly; strong track record of leading teams on complex matters
