Well‑regarded German practice seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its Real Estate & Construction offering from the Berlin office. The role covers transactional and project work across commercial real estate, large‑scale construction and infrastructure matters.

The team advises on development, acquisition/disposal, construction contracts, and related contentious issues for domestic and international clients. The appointment offers leadership responsibility, client development support and integration into an established multidisciplinary team.

Proven partner‑level track record in real estate and construction work, including infrastructure projects
Portable client relationships / demonstrable business development ability preferred
Qualified to practise in Germany (admission or equivalent); fluent German and strong English
Experience leading teams and managing high‑value transactions and disputes
