Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to join its Berlin real estate and construction team. The role focuses on high-value real estate development, construction disputes and infrastructure-related matters, acting for investors, developers and contractors on transactional and contentious work.

The successful candidate will take a front-line, client-facing role: leading engagements, developing new business, and mentoring junior lawyers. Work is largely Germany-focused with cross-border elements and frequent coordination across practice groups.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including both transactional and contentious matters
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable business welcome
Admitted in Germany (or equivalent qualification) with strong knowledge of German construction and real estate law
Fluent German and professional English; strong commercial and business-development skills
