Senior partner-level role for an experienced real estate and construction practitioner to join a well-established international firm’s Boston office. The role focuses on complex transactional work across leasing, development and project matters, with regular involvement in financing, healthcare-related real estate and renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will lead matters, mentor and grow a team, and work collaboratively across practices to originate and execute cross-border and domestic transactions. The office handles a mix of industrial/logistics, resort and institutional development assignments.

Established track record in real estate and construction transactions (leasing, development, project finance) with senior-level responsibility for matters.
Experience with healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects or industrial/logistics development preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams, develop client relationships and contribute to business development; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination skills are welcome.
Bar admission in Massachusetts or eligibility to be admitted; strong academic and professional references.
