Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in the firm’s Boston office. The role combines client-facing work, relationship development, and practice management across transactional and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team, mentor associates, and collaborate with national practice colleagues. There is expectation of business origination and the ability to bring or expand a portable practice within the broader platform.

Established partner-level experience focused on real estate and construction matters.
Proven track record of client development and relationship management.
Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates.
Admission to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility for admission.
